Where I live, there’s a lovely shop that specializes in exactly this. They accept “estate lots”, and have the place set up like a thrift shop. Except at prices 500% higher. The only reason it hasn’t been burned to the ground by enraged bargain-hunters is that it supports a charitable cause. Kinda like how churches get away with it.
