Good move Rose. We’ve all seen those people who will use their phones to record a concert etc instead of enjoying it in the moment (of course a little sample is great to send to friends)…
Good journal entries are like happiness, which is like a butterfly: the more you pursue it, the more it will elude you. But if you turn your attention to other things, it comes and softly sits on your shoulder. (Or helps you make a snowman.)
