He should have carved what it looks like after it’s cooked.

But, that’s not a negative. Ernie turned out a very nice carving so he’s actually ahead of the game. The other bird will be just a sleepy memory and some pounds gained. This one will last.
There is at least one turkey out there giving thanks to God for being spared……
Start with a tree stump and cut away everything that doesn’t look like a turkey.
