If anyone is paying attention, Trump is in the process of making it immaterial whether anyone votes or not.
In the swing states controlled by republican legislatures there are plans afoot to declare balloting corrupted and to swing the outcomes to the electoral college electors which will be chosen by the legislatures,
And before you get in a snit and declare “they can’t do that!” – oh, yes they can – that’s been a little “gotcha” in the interpretation of the law since the Supreme Court decision of Bush v. Gore in 2000. To this point no state has implemented the “interpretation” but it’s always been there – the states have always had the option of deciding “who” the electors of the College vote for since 2000.
I think many are tired of having to choose the party of the lame, vs the party of the insane. I realize the necessity of a blue wave, but understand the only winners are the oligarchs that own these parties.
