I watched “Tokyo Magnitude 8.0” recently. One of the characters folded paper into makeshift spoons so they could share a cake that couldn’t be delivered. I haven’t figured out how the paper spoons were structurally strong enough to dig into the cake.

Don’t you know how that stuff works? It’s basically paper with glue on one side. You’re not supposed to eat glue!

The problem with sticky lifters is getting them to let go. Magnets, honey-on-the-knife and duck tape… it’s the same issue. Unless you use the sticky tape for delinting, then you just throw it away.

maybe it wasn’t masking tape in Phoebe’s dream, but rather Gorilla Tape® (that stuff is strong)

Reminded again that Dana Simpson is the funniest cartoonist when it comes to portraying ordinary sequential movements in a comic strip.

When I was a kid, in my head I’d invent roads that flipped over like a seesaw, so I could go downhill both ways. At least Phoebe’s invention was easier to try out in practice.

I think anteaters, etc. feed in a similar way with their tongues.

Those are Organic Kabooms that she’s eating.

Just thought I ought to point that out.

A small section of garden hose and a set of strong lungs is the answer…
