I don’t think one would mind if their owner would clean up after. I was looking out the window when a person walking their dog allowed it to poop on my driveway approach and left. I ran to the door and asked them if they were going to pick up that sh**? Of course, they didn’t. I had to or roll through and get poo in my tires.
