Cathy talks like it is something new. One pot meals have been around a long time. My DH hates his food mixed up. Casseroles are never made at my house. The only mixed food dish he eats, is spaghetti and scalloped potatoes with ham. Meat, vegetables, and rice or potatoes…..and NOT touching on his plate, is the norm.
