Tricky, many teachers already have to pay for their classroom supplies. It’s one of those Highly Praised/Little Rewarded professions. It supposed to be an honor for them to put up with your more unruly children.

A government that threatens to penalize school systems financially for NOT opening should be responsible for the added expense of opening under extraordinary circumstances!
