Red is smart. Get the dogs on your side and you don’t have to worry about bullies. I knew a kid who made friends with the bully’s dog. When the bully hit him, the dog bit the bully.
The other dogs aren’t lucky enough to have a little boy to greet getting off the bus. So they have to borrow Red!
