I can now imagine the ice cube being batted around like a live mouse. But confused later… because the Ice Cube melted down to a puddle. “Where did it go?!?” (Grin!)

One of my cats liked to play with ice cubes, fortunately not in a glass. Cats are first attracted by the variety of cracking sounds, most of which we cannot hear. He would bat a cube around the kitchen floor – frictionless prey!

My cat used to love ice cubes, but she’s grown tired of them. Now she runs away when she hears the ice maker.

If you give a cat an ice cube it may be very happy. Then again it may ignore it and walk away.

Anyone else notice that whichever of the People shouted didn’t even need to see which cat did it to shout the right name? Lupin is under the table and hidden by the cloth and Elvis is at the desk so Puck is the only one visible, but Lupin’s getting the blame….

Breaking News: WATER IS WET!!!! I did not know this….

I’m not-so-secretly hoping that’s artificially sweetened lemonade. It’s much easier to clean up.

The ice cube doesn’t stand a chance.

And they still yell at Lupin even though they know he can’t hear them.

The only thing more useless than yelling at a naughty cat is yelling at a naughty deaf cat.

Off Topic. Crash – Ka-BOOM! Today’s storm system has arrived early. We were just outside with the dog when the wind kicked up and the temperature dropped about 10 in 5 minutes time. No rain yet, but I’m sure their will be.

Course DC’s idea of drinking from the water fountain is to dip his paw in the fountain and then lick the water off his paw. Repeat as often as it takes to quench his thirst.

I wouldn’t be able to put up with Lupin. Give me Pucky.
