The kids should be shoveling

Kate get two more shovels and have the kids out there to help. With 3 shovels the work is more divided and those kids need more chores.

This year February has 29 days.

What does this mean: 27,986 days in January? That it seems like a lot of days b/c of the weather? And is the number significant? I just don’t get this.

Time is relative. . .we always live in the ever-present now.

Buy a snowblower. For small jobs, a little electric one will do fine. If you have a 200’ driveway, get a bigger one. You’ll get the job done in 1/5 the time.

I need to remember that rhyme. At my age, I still can’t remember which ones have 30 and which ones have 31! (By the way: I’m surprised the last line doesn’t rhyme. Someone needs to amend it!)

Comfy kids?!

I just remember that every other month has 31 days until you get to August, because Augustus was arrogant and had to have his month the same length as Julius’s, so you restart counting every other month.

I remember the judge saying “thirty days hath September, April, June, and You…”…
