(It even has a name: “sound-shot”). Or (true story from some accident insurance people at the Xmas-eve get-together today) scratch their butt while holding a running chain saw. In that hand. Now, with even more weapons in the hands of the lame-brained (or worse), it’s every more dangerous to even be within the boundaries of our fine nation.
