Just one more thing passed by the House, that Moscow Mitch is obstructing.

SKelley is, of course lying. Again.

Just seeing how crooked the Murder Turtle is going to be. Obviously, he can’t allow any witnesses that could exonerate Trump.

The Rump will remain an impeached president as long as those articles are not handed over to the senate. I hope it will drive the Rump so crazy that the 25th amendment will have to be applied.

Oops, Steve Kelley is back on the Kool-Aid® (trivia note: the drink consumed at the Jonestown cult mass suicide was not Kool-Aid®, but an off-brand knock off: Flavor Aid®).

There is no fear nor delay tactics on the part on Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi is prepared to send the articles immediately. All she asks for is a fair trial with witnesses and documents like those demanded by Mitch McConnell during the Bill Clinton 1999 Senate trial. Democrats have only requested witness testimony from witnesses who have not yet testified in any previous proceeding.

In the meantime, the investigations continue; evidence continues to be amassed.

    Fear?

    Not Nancy Pelosi.

Trump and McConnell are the ones shaking in their cowardly boots. Democrats offered Trump the opportunity to have lawyers present, call witnesses provide a defense in their House proceedings. Trump refused to accept his due process rights and then whines, whines, whines like the crybaby he is about not having the due process he was offered and rejected.

    Fear?

Why are Trump and McConnell so terrified of witnesses? If Trump is so innocent and so “perfect” as he claims, the witnesses and documents and other evidence will prove him innocent.

Everyone who has testified under oath has proved Trump guilty.

Everyone who claims Trump’s innocence refuses to testify under oath.

Maybe Nancy Pelosi can send the articles to the Senate right before the election and remind everyone of the depths of Trump’s depravity and corruption.

McConnell has publicly been an obstruction to fair government at least since he said he would block anything that Obama wanted to do. He’s not going to change now.

Kelly isn’t smart enough to realize the House will still have managers to work with the Senate to ensure Moscow Mitch can’t undermine the trial. And the Speaker of the House knows when the time is right for that. She is still in control of the process. Republicans just hate that.

Kelley has drunk the Kool-Aid! He is living in denial. Trump could and should have been impeached within months of the beginning of his presidency – if only on the emoluments clause. There is nothing “rushed” about this impeachment. They waited far too long. He has already had enough time to pretty much destroy any hope of democracy for the next 15-20 years, having (with the help of Mitchell) made sure the Supreme Court has been turned into a Kangaroo Court – not to mention all the partisan judgeships and other administrators who will block any semblance of normalcy for a long time to come!

Pelosi’s a consummate politician. She wanted to slow the progress toward impeachment, but was unable to control it because so many people were pushing for it so hard. Now she is trying to control the progress toward a trial that we the people cannot win. More power to her.

They didn’t rush them; they limited the number of charges so it would be easier for someone to explain it to Trump. The senate has no intention of holding an open trial so why let them say they found nothing wrong?

It’s a fact that there was an effort to get Zelensky to announce an investigation into Hunter Biden’s role at Burisma, involving .

It’s also a fact that aid was being withheld in what is at best, a highly irregular manner. His alleged concern about corruption, didn’t register in 2017 or 2018.

The testimony already on record shows Trump held aid in order to extract the announcement of an investigation into Trump’s political opponent. Unless Trump, Pompeo, Bolton & Mulvaney are willing to make sworn statements explaining that there was some other ‘very legal & very cool’ reason to withhold aid, Trump has abused the power of his office & must be removed.

Steve, here’s the simple answer. The articles go over to the Senate when the House can be assured that the Senate will fulfill the oath they must take. However, the GOP in the Senate have already said they will willfully violate that oath and not be impartial jurors. So maybe Nancy will just dangle that impeachment over the senate for the next 10 months.

Actually, no. The timeline is when the Senate comes back with rules that show some modicum of adherence to the norms of jurisprudence.

The House should have waited until the courts ruled on both Executive Privilege and Hair Groppenfuror’s financial documents and censured him for now. But Ms. Pelosi is just trying to ensure that there is a modicum of fairness to a Senate trial or show the American people the set-up job arranged by Moscow Mitch and Leningrad Lindsay.

Steve confuses master tactics for equivocating. Looking at what’s happening between Moscow Mitch and I3, it’s going to be an ugly Christmas break, and if the articles are never sent over, I3 will be impeached and never will be exonerated. Nancy has all the time in the world.

Yeah, Steve, I’m sure the decision to withhold sending the articles had nothing to do with McConnell going on Fox News to tell the nation he’s directly coordinating with the WH counsel and the accused on how to conduct the trial isn’t at all a cause of concern from Conservative shills like yourself.

Rushed to impeachment when he was in violation of the emoluments clause on day 1? Rushed to impeachment when he would not reveal the tax returns that would show how much he is in debt to Russian banks (aka oligarchs)?

You know what they called somebody who provides an alibi for illegal acts Steve?

    A co-conspirator.

Why hurry to send these Articles of Impeachment to the Senate when Moscow Mitch says that they will never pass the Senate no matter what the evidence shows? The Democrats want witnesses to testify that the Evil Weasel has ordered not to do so. If the Weasel is so innocent, why doesn’t he allow witnesses to testify to it? History cannot look back favorably on the new Republican Cult. A once stellar political party is quickly disappearing in the never ending muck of the Republican Swamp.

Corrupt Trump is using the Justice Department as a weapon to go after his political enemies. That is totally despicable, crooked liar Trump should be impeached for corrupting the Justice Department.

The people with evidence against Trump swore in and spoke up.

The people who Trump claims will prove his innocence have never spoken.

Trump lies and hides evidence of guilt when he’s not destroying the USA, how you can support this monster is beyond human comprehension.
