Poor Joe. I think he’s got some wiring crossed in his brain, maybe from his past aneurysms? He sounds like my aunt after her stroke. Not a bad one but her ability to string cogent sentences together and quickly retrieve the right words were diminished.
As someone approaching 80, I have to agree with President Carter on this:
