I love the gentle humor when the strip features “sainted” Mrs. Angelini! In fact, I love the gentle Catholic humor of “Heart of the City.” Keep it up, Mr. Tatuli!

And if you play your cards right, you can get a show where the entire appeal is you just screaming swears at other cooks and making changes to their business model that don’t actually tangibly help. Seriously, check out the success and failure rates for Kitchen Nightmares.
