Signatories to deal the permanent members of the Security Council, Germany and the European Union. The deal was working until stupid Trump decided to pull out of it in 2017.
Iran was behaving until Trump pulled out. Why did he pull out? Probably because his main goal is apparently to destroy everything that Obama accomplished. Apart from that, he’s been listening to chickenhawk John Bolton, who would be pleased to go on a military adventure in Iraq.
