I’ll never understand “Game of Thrones.” In Mrs. Fox’s case, it sounds more like “Game of Groans.”

Never watched it and have no idea what it’s about. Feeling very smug right now and probably need a reality check. Think I’ll watch Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Right about now would be a good dose of corporal punishment for that brat.

Though taking away all his electronics and geekdom stuff would kill him. Oh yeah, take Quincy away too.

I think “Altoids” sounds like some kind of terrible medical diagnosis…like, “Sorry, I can’t go today; I have a bad case of Altoids.”

I had only heard the talk about GoT until about a year ago when we changed our TV package and I could watch all of it on demand I pretty well got caught up with the storyline which is nothing groundbreaking but actually fairly accurate historically. The part to me that is outstanding is the production as a whole from the locations to the costumes and hair styles. She might be a queen but there is no way that Daenerys would be able to dress and have her hair styled like she does. A lot of the backgrounds and sets are “Green Screened” but they are still well above any other TV show and most movies sets.

And I used to think Calvin was weird.

I never watched it. Is it about medieval plumbing?

It appears he’s already seen the rest…

Kid gets all made up like that and you still won’t humor him?

I’m fairly new to this comic and it only runs on Sundays. Is Quincy the character on the kid’s head? So it is a “real” miniature dragon? If that is the case, then in their world, GOT would just be a sit-com…

I don’t know anything about Game of Thrones, but that is some pretty darn good cosplay.

Why can’t he watch it?

Typical Americans, being critical of nudity, but not saying anything about the graphic violence. I think this show is very entertaining, with top notch production.

Every level of empowered women are in the show. And the best looking dragons. Some folks allow It to be ruined by some nudity and sex.It’s just something Americans are still uncomfortable to watch on their shows.

I assume Jason could just quietly go upstairs and stream it online.

I can’t wait for this idiotic TV show to be over. Actually, it’s the idiotic fans I can’t stand. If you like the show, good for you, but don’t act superior to, or offended by, people who don’t like it. The last time I experienced this sort of condescending lunacy was several years ago when I was at a party and casually mentioned I didn’t particularly care for “The Matrix.” I suddenly had the undivided attention of 50 people trying to convince me how incredibly wrong I was.

It doesn’t interest me and so their fans don’t either.

The GOT series rocks. Where did you old fogies come from?
