analog or digital education has gone done the tubes…
MOTIVEMAGUS - IF you were in a mall and looked up to see the time, could you tell if the hour hand was on the two or three if the time was 2:35 - would a child know ?
Analogue watches, as in mechanical, always run fast on me- don’t keep time- even a Rolex. Digitals do better, but still break- my dad had the same problem. (Ah the “body electric”) But it’s REALLY inconvenient to wear a wrist hour glass.
It’s actually just electromagnetic flux. I have a terrible time with touch screen “computers”, trackpads go nuts, as do Ipods, Ipads, Nooks, etc, but Kindles aren’t “touch screen”– so it works.
OOPS! What time is it– THE SAND GRAINS ARE STUCK AGAIN!!!!!!

Kids now don’t know what time it is anymore unless someone texts it to them.

Try explaining counter-clockwise to a kid that only uses a digital watch

I like analog watches - they’re readable from greater distances.

^ So trout needs to run around the block real fast and his watch will slow down relative to those lounging on the couch.*

^^ You might mean Stephen Hawking, although you might be right with Colbert.
