I know of the other two, but what casino is based on pirates? I didn’t see one when I visited Las Vegas about 12 years ago.

How about one based upon ancient Sumeria? They set the rules for a civilization. WE still use some of what they came up with like 60 seconds in a minute, 12 hours in a day, written language etc.
Maybe he’s not as smart as he has people convinced he is.
