Calvin avoided capture and off on his own journey.

Leaving the sweet storylines aside, I always have enjoyed looking at the monsters that Watterson created, especially the locals on imaginary planets. Truly the products of an overheated imagination and a genius on the drawing board.

yep, there’s the failure to think more than ten minutes ahead that can only come from a 6 year old mind…also his imagination is so insane at this point I think it might border on delusion, or maybe he was woken up during REM sleep and he’s having a waking ream right now…
