    What a lovely sentiment. Too many parents have trouble letting go of their “babies”. Children are not supposed to be clones. Trust that you did a great job and let them live their lives.

    My father rarely yelled at us. He would simply give us the infamous look and the point.

    Sometime in my mid-thirties, while refereeing a soccer match, I realized that i’d turned into my old man,as I was giving the glare and pointed finger to one of the miscreants on the field.

    I called my Dad and told him. He laughed and said: " What took you so long ? "
