Florida: A nightclub in Orlando. A high school in Parkland. A gaming event in Jacksonville.

Colorado: A movie theater in Aurora. A high school in Columbine.

Nevada: A concert in Las Vegas

Connecticut: An elementary school in Sandy Hook.

CHURCHES — First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas or Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina.

The vast majority of Americans support common-sense gun safety protections that allow reasonable access to reasonable firearms, while keeping them out of the hands of terrorists, convicted violent felons, domestic abusers or those who are so mentally unstable that they have to have their Social Security Disability checks managed by a conservator.

But no, a tiny fringe of extremists, terrorized by the NRA domestic terrorist organization, demands that no provision can ever be enacted to allow even the most minimal effort to stop terrorists and criminals and the insane — the ones who are willing to sacrifice our children on the blood-stained altar of corporate profits for the gun manufacturers who fund them and for whom they lobby (and now we know that even the Russians used Russian spy Mariia Butina to launder $30 million dollars through the NRA as illegal campaign contributions to install their puppet, Comrade TRUMPski, so we know that NRA is not only a domestic terrorist organization, but a crime family of TRAITORS as well).

NRA has finally reached their goal. Human life no longer means anything, just another hoohum shooting, low body count, no interest.

Vote Republican this November – NRA ALL THE WAY.

In the primaries, our Republican candidate boasted about two things , Conservative and their A+ ratings with the NRA. I haven’t heard them tooting their horns on how much money they get from the NRA on recent commercials.Well, there is still time, November is a loooong time away and voters will forget.

After all, there are more important things to worry about, liked “RIGGED, for me & others, so that almost all stories & news is BAD,” online searches. But that’s just the First Amendment, so it’s not as valuable as the Second. Right?

Republicans and NRA don’t care, they are too busy taking money from the Russians.

Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws in the county and has a “progressive” government, yet there are more gun killings there that anywhere else. Go figure."

Yes, and many counties in the South completely prohibit alcohol. Yet drinking goes on in those counties. Go figure.

No kids, it is not the NRA’s fault. Not the fault of the gun.

As we have already learned, the rampage killer had been hospitalized and medicated for serious mental health problems.

Sadly, the authorities involved CHOSE to not supply his information to NICS. Which means there were no impediments to him buying a gun.

You can keep complaining about the NRA or you can step up and demand that your state pass laws REQUIRING mental health professionals to report people like this to NICS. For those of you in states with lax reporting laws, this is, in part, YOUR fault.

Now that everyone can “print” their own gun, is anyone really safe? Next news item: “Man shot with paper gun, paper bullet lodged in victim’s arm”.
