First panel has a nice taylored shirt, 2nd has a sweater and a size up in pants:-( I know I may gain a # or 2 day to day during the holidays, but I also know it will be no more than that and easy to drop off in the following week or 2- no diet- just permanent healthy eating! Still OK to indulge and sample all the stuff your friends prepare (and hope they like the whole wheat lower cal versions that I take to pot luck -they did yesterday!
