First weekend after New Years in our family.

Good Morning & Happy New Year, Crew!

I’m with you guys. I’d keep my decorations up and ON until DST if I could get away with it. Winter months are far too dreary without the decorations.

We keep ours up until at least Epiphany (January 6). After that, it’s whenever the mood strikes or all the needles are off.

I have seen brown, dried up, bare trees out in the trash in April. Talk about waiting until Easter.

Toss it overboard, get rid of the tree and the offending little rodents at the same time.

We do what cdward does (after Jan 6 sometime), partly because Jan 6 is the big day to celebrate in Spain and partly because it’s pretty to look at and partly because it gives me a good excuse to be lazy.
