Some people continue to believe a myth no matter how much evidence you throw at it to the contrary. All because someone of prominence (who was wrong) said something to support it a while back.

It’s important to keep repeating “discredited” over and over, because it makes it more true. BUT, you can still read an insert to a vaccine yourself and see autism listed as a possible side effect. So, better not to do your own research or you look like the “emperor has no clothes” kid.

I’m sure dogs are just as prone to mental disorders as humans. They just get a pass because we don’t expect much from them.

Regardless, autism would be a small price to pay for protection against a life-threatening illness.

That’s a discussion that will never, ever, ever end in agreement.

Reading above I see that fools persist.

The ONLY linkage between vaccines and autism is a fraud created by Andrew Wakefield and published in The Lancet. The study used only 12 subjects, which alone should have set off alarm bells.

Over the course of 15 years and an immense amount of legal and medical studies, the report was revealed to be (and admitted by Wakefield collaborators) to be a complete and deliberate fraud.

At this point, the root causes of autism are still not fully understood or agreed upon by medical experts. However, one thing they do agree on is that the cause is NOT vaccines.

These is absolutely NO scientifically verified statistical or causal evidence supporting such a linkage. None.

Just tell her the vaccine is non-GMO, gluten free and has been not tested on animals and she’ll be much happier.

What’s wrong with being autistic? It’s not as if autistic people are grotesquely deformed abominations or something.
