Strange though it might seem to simplistic thinkers, only the good guys obey such laws. Bad guys, by definition, ignore them. It’s a job requirement!
Just as bad guys ignore laws against murder, robbery, fraud, bribery, etc, etc, etc. Therefore, why waste time enacting such laws? It’s a job requirement!
The only thing that stops a bad guy with a vote is a good guy with a vote!
