Oh, that is so true, Aunty! My father has been dead for 49 years and I still miss him.

April 21, 1996. 22 years ago and I still miss him every single day.

So true.

I’m 78 years old and I still miss my Dad and Grandmother. I think about them everyday and remember the wise things they said. And some of the good things they did. And some of the silly things they said and did.

Is this about Ged?

Lost both Dad and Mom and miss them both – their wisdom and historical knowledge

I’m at the age now where I have a lot of friends whose parents are getting ill and even some are dying. I’m very lucky to still have both of my parents but the more time passes I realize we’re getting closer to that time. :( I call them every other day (always have so it’s nothing new) but now I’m starting to really listen to their stories and opinions because I know nothing lasts forever.

I miss my dad too. He passed away in 1994 at the age of 68.
