First we find out for Eno it’s one sit-up per day with a week between sit-up days and now we find out they are chair crank sit-ups!

He does do ‘presses’ - buttons on the TV control- and he ‘lifts’ - beer cans. That’s why he has such an amazing body.
Eno realizes the importance of keeping hydrated while exercising.
Like the guy on the 64 calorie beer commercial who’d rather do squats while he drinks than drink a 64 calorie beer.
Yeah but I bet Eno has a great thumb from the pop top pull ups.
