Wow, both of their points never occurred to me.

When did “miaow” become “meow”? If you put “meow” in electronic Scrabble it doesn’t allow it, only “miaow”.

So, it’s pronounced Ho-meow-ner?

Are Opals’ arms broken? Why doesn’t SHE clean the litter box?

Touché! ( I think; you still had to change the litter!)

“Homeowner” has the letters for “meow” in it; but, the word “meow” is not in “homeowner.” And definitely not in “home owner” which means the same thing as the portmanteau word “homeowner.”

That’s funny, and my sentiments exactly.
