When I wake up too early, I’ll turn on a 2 or 3 hour program, turn down the sound to a buzz, and fall asleep on the couch or in a recliner.
with what is available today, sleeping seems to be the intelligent answer to entertainment….

I envy those that can go to sleep like that.
My wife can sleep 12 hours and then take a two-hour nap; I’m lucky to get five hours of sleep and can’t nap at all.
Oh, come on, I get enough of that from my daughter and son-in-law—don’t need it from ‘Pluggers’ ! ! !
This is one of the reasons I love my DVR.
That’s why I get up after every episode in a binge I get up and walk around and maybe even imbibe a caffeinated beverage. And no more than 4 episodes at any one time.
