    Good morning Vagabonds.

Had a great day yesterday. The temp went to 65.

Today it’s going to be in the 50’s, then Sunday in the 30’s with drizzle. What a come down.

Nothing unusual going on today. Do a little food shopping, some clean up around the house and then go to church at 4 pm.

Hope you all have better things to do than that.

    Peace to you all.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Yesterday we ended up at a nearby winery. We took their free tour and enjoyed a 9 wine tasting as part of it. Pretty good wines, too.

We just discovered that the Lake County Fair is going on right now. Today is the last day, so we are going to go see what’s cooking in Lake County. It doesn’t open until 1 this afternoon, so unlike the one in Waco, we will not go over there early and wander around and empty fairground. The forecast is for 89 degrees so that calls for sunscreen, hats and leaving the AC on for the cats.

I am going to have to start using insect repellent again. I am covered with bug bites. The little suckers even get under my clothes!

    Everyone have a blessed Saturday.

    Hay Vagabonds

It’s Saturday! A wild weather weekend ahead of us, snow, sleet and freezing rain a true winter hat trick.

Rita, When I first got my CPAP, I didn’t like the idea of having to use it for the rest of my life, now I can’t sleep without it, at least laying down. When the power goes out I take my comforter and head for the living room couch and sleep sitting up that way all the tubes stay open.

A blessed day to all, catch ya tomorrow.

    Good Cloudy morning, Vagabonds,

It only got up to 45 yesterday, but all the south facing snow is totally gone. Just the stuff in shade is still with us. All our grasses and what few plants we have are jumping up and down because of the moisture.

I have a whole day to do a bunch of laundry, and then tomorrow for the last minute stuff. I’m really looking forward to hitting the road.

    xoxo. Happy Trails.
