There are quite a few restaurants that have waiters/servers that aren’t considered ritzy. Pizza Hut, Applebee’s, and many local “Mom and Pop” and small regional chains come to mind. (I myself worked at a “Mom and Pop” sit-down restaurant for about two years that wasn’t “ritzy” but it served and still serves very good food.)

Must have been a pretty ritz restaurant, We know McD’s, KFC and them don’t have waiters.
