    Years ago I got my youngest daughter a duck for Easter. A year later, it was a grown male duck with a bad attitude. We couldn’t go in the back yard without it attacking. I gave it to a friend who had a farm.

    In your own home, YES. In a public setting where animals are NOT allowed, we need government regulation. Medical certification on need and training certification of training. With major penalties for people and sellers defrauding the system.
