That quote is more applicable to Passover, but since Easter (or what we now call Easter) happened at Passover, it works. (The Cecil B. DeMille version of Passover anyway).

Most candy keeps well as long as it’s wrapped and kept out the heat. I still have some leftover fun-sized candy bars from Halloween, they’re fine. I had some last night.

I have some rabbit Peeps Kathy gave me for Easter 2015. One of these years I’ll experiment with putting them and chocolate inside sugar cones on the grill – kind of a walking sundae version of Smores.
