Having exported the skills and knowledge along with the jobs, we are not in a good position to either start a trade war or isolate ourselves from a global economy. There was time when can-do America could always to find a cheaper, faster, better way to do things than other nations using the skills and knowledge we exported.

Oh! I have an idea. Let’s do something stupid now and worry about the consequences later.

Ya mean Pittsburgh can actually mine for steel again? People might open steel factories and we can have an economy again? Sounds good to me! But since Trump said it then it ain’t gonna work according to the nay sayers.

Seeing as how Trump’s own companies use cheap imported steel in constructing his temples to tackiness, tariffs are going to affect him as well. You’d think he’d realize that.

Too many just don’t know about the “newer” technologies for making steel — this ‘horse’ left the American barn years ago! Plus, US still has plenty of unused steel making capacity ( if the need should arise ).

“That’ll show me!?” It’s a pity that the only sensation that registers on Trump is vanity. He could lop himself down to a torso and wouldn’t register it.

One little picture, eight little letters. Mr. Bennett nobody says so much in such an economical way. Your Pulitzer is very well deserved.

You’d think, being Americans, that we’d focus on developing THIS century’s technologies, rather than trying to resuscitate last century’s.

Folks, please don’t respond to d_legendary1. It’s obviously a troll, Russian or otherwise.
