Then she could devote more time to her own children instead of them being in daycare- meaning, someone is their children ( with values, etc. different from their own. Marcy, make the right choice to raise your children and enjoy the benefits of this promo and raise. This could be a stepping stone for you to pursue becoming a full-fledged surgeon.

A century and a quarter ago, William Osler was saying “Treat the patient, not the disease.” And proper medical training involves direct work with real patients. If she did her teaching properly, patients would have to be involved and she could teach by example – and none better for the job. It doesn’t have to be kicked upstairs until the level of incompetence is reached. I just cited two Canadians: Osler and Peter.
