@Six: It seems clear to me that Flo is responding to Ruby by quoting what Andy said. BTW, I am glad to see a graduated rating of 6. Rating every entry at 10 or 11 seems meaningless.

I suspect that Flo is the type of cook who takes a recipe as a mere “suggestion” and experiments with ingredients, cooking technique and times, etc.
