Did you know that Zathura has a lesser-known brother that works as a kid’s book illustrator? He does. His name’s Humanji.

Richard Strauss – Also sprach Zarathustra, Op. 30 – 30:30

Well worth listening to the whole thing, not just the opening.

    Strauss never wrote anything bad.

Brian, thanks for this. I wasn’t even aware of this book (or the movie based on it).

Makes me think of a series of books I’m fond of, in which the covers are generally printed with the author’s name (in big letters no less) on the top of the cover, and the actual title of the book at the bottom. This is apparently going contrary to the expectations of most people I know, because whenever they ask what I’m reading and I hold up the book so they can read the cover, they always mistake the author’s name for the book title. Like, every time.

Christ Van Allsburg creator of “Jumanji” and “Zathura” both made into movies. Also an excellent cartoon series called “Jumanji” which is offered for a good price by Amazon.com.

Google tells me Zathura is an illustrated children’s book by the American author Chris Van Allsburg, and also a 2005 movie.

Reminds me of the confusion on whether Cake sang “Frank Sinatra” or vice versa.
