Apparently Rob has never used On Star. If you lock yourself out of your car, you call them on the phone and they can unlock it for you. You don’t need to be inside the vehicle to call them. All you need is a phone. Granted, Bucky’s “Boop”, as if he’s pressing the On Star button, doesn’t work, but the rest of the joke is fine.
A design brought back (despite being met with overwhelming indifference by their audience) via certain highly prominent country musicians in the early 1990s. Obviously their creativity in the studio didn’t extend to their sense of fashion at that time.
