Difficult to attract first time customers.

A guy goes to a fancy restaurant and is told he has to wear a tie. He goes back to his car, all he can find is a set of jumper cables. He ties them around his neck and asks the Maiter D, will this do? I guess, he is told, but don’t start anything.

Reminds me of bureaucracy: You need Form A to get Form B. “Where can I get Form A?” Well, you need Form B to get Form A.
