I’m waiting to hear from the Republicans who claimed OBAMA was being a dictator now admitting who is really trying for that title…strangely, not hearing from them…
Not a Godfather. Trump wants to be a dictator who is all powerful only thinks of ME ME ME and receive all of the gratitude from the public for taking all of their money to give to the elite 1% but most of all to give to himself real estate deals and tax deductions that will give him the largest profit, emoluments be damned, even if it is illegal for the president to profit from his time in office. He wants a lifetime term in the Oval Office with Congress and VP Pence to suck up to him and kiss that ring. Traditionally, a Godfather takes care of his godchildren and his clients (in this case, the people of the United States of America). Have you seen any indication that Trump wants to take care of the children and the people of this country who could be considered as those responsibilities given into his care?
Please note that what Donnie is doing is what Donnie has always done in his little family business! Donnie has ALWAYS pretty much ignored the “rules” of business, skirted the law whenever possible, skimmed the “cream” off the top of each business venture, and left others holding the bag when the inevitable failure appeared imminent! It is my considered opinion that Donald John Trump was “pushed” into American politics at least partially due to his inability to secure financing for his various business dealings from any reputable banking source and so he wandered into the shadow world of Putin’s Russia and Russian controlled banking. And there he was trapped! Deutsche Bank probably ‘sold’ his note to Russian interests when Donnie told D.B. to “take a hike” after he was dunned for a loan they’d made him. You DON’T tell Putin to “take a hike!” When you are told something by Putin, you say, “Yes sir, at once, sir!” Which, I’m sure, rankles Donnie and puts him in a bad mood, but Donnie has high hopes of following in Putin’s footsteps if he ever grows up!
Putin has made a minor investment in a small-time “wanna-be” politician, and his people have allowed him to hit the jackpot! Putin now essentially controls the U.S. through Donnie and the fellow-travelers he’s recruited in the Republican Party (who are they? Just watch to see who’s trying to disgrace the F.B.I. and the C.I.A. and Special Prosecutor Mueller- thats them!) Now granted they could just be Lenin’s “useful idiots”, but I’m of the opinion that they are fellow travelers and quislings as they are repeating almost verbatim all the misinformation that the Russian ’bots are currently spreading on the “Idiot Net!”
