Crystal’s expression in the last panel is (deliberately, I suspect) hard to read. So far at least, there’s been nothing I can recall that indicates she’s aware of her uncle’s activities. Right now, her character could go any way, which is what I find most intriguing about this story so far.

BobOscar: I interpret that she’s been shooting at a target shaped like Pop Pop as evidence to the contrary: I’m pretty sure she knows exactly what Uncle Joey is up to!

I like the Space Coupe on the back of Honeymoon’s outfit.

It’s cool how Honey keeps Ebony…err…T-Bolt in the loop regarding Tracy. I wonder how this mall trip is going to go.

Might be chance, except that at least 3 in row suggests a plan between them or that they show up in the general area every time about a certain time.

Hey everyone, I spoke to CPalmer52’s sister this evening. Chris has been very ill the past few months and has been in the hospital with respiratory issues. She said she would greatly appreciated everyone’s prayers for him. I also texted Chris to let him know we were praying and pulling for him. Please pray that he recovers completely.

Now was this part of the code, or has some time (several days) passed since Tracy was rescued? That would explain why Honeymoon is at the mall.

Yeah, Pop-Pop was in another death trap by some bad guy, but someone found him – you’ve heard this bit before, right?

Does anyone read anything into that expression of Crystal’s on panel 3?

Y’know.. not for nothing but I’m getting a really “bad vibe” right now concerning T-Bolt/Lee’s future in the strip. I know she revealed herself to someone when the raid took place and Venus and Melies died (when Bribery took off int eh flying garbage can) but im not sure if it was Frakenmindy, Honeymoon, or both… so I’m assuming that Moon Maid and Honeymoon know who she is.

Once it gets revealed (and I think it may be soon) that T-Bolt is REALLY a cop that’s been keeping tabs on Bribery.. Im not so sure that Lee will survive the experience.. either at the hands of Crystal, Sawtooth or Bribery himself.

The ONLY way I see her surviving is if DoubleUp surprises them and saves the day, saves the day

Theres a LOT to be tied up before April and Bill’s Sunday Tribute.. Posie Ermine’s quest to ‘reclaim’ Frankenmindy, The Moon Governor and his ultimate confrontation with Tracy and his Granddaughter, and the whole Bribery angle (is he still in charge of The Apparatus, or has that ship sailed already?)

Well done, Honeymoon! Information regarding Dick Tracy’s rescue, passed on to “T-Bolt” obliquely. If her goal of becoming a detective does not work out, I can think of several intelligence agencies that would be happy to hire Honeymoon in not too many years from now.

I don’t see Crystal selling her new friend out to Uncle Bribery. She has spent a lot of time overseas, and probably is not yet attuned enough to Tracyville intrigues to know what Honeymoon means or that T-Bolt is anything more than “her keeper”….
