Really. What about all those “deductions” that the GOP is “graciously” taking away? Gee, maybe that’s what (fake) President Trump calls “hugely bigly tax cut”? Really??
I love how these mutts want all sorts of government services, but they DON’T want to help fund them… Taxes under Obama were at the lowest rate they’ve been since the Truman administration, and they’re STILL squealing like stuck pigs about “the federal government’s hand in their pockets.”
Today’s Republicans are apparatchiks, who have spent their whole lives inside an intellectual bubble in which cutting taxes on corporations and the rich is always objective #1. Their party used to know that it won elections despite its economic program, not because of it – that the whole game was to win by playing on social issues, national security, and above all on racial antagonism, then use the win to push fundamentally unpopular economic policies. But over the years the party has seemed increasingly out of touch with that reality, imagining that if only it preaches the gospel of supply-side economics loudly enough voters will be won over.
Sure roll out that tired old stereotype. This tax bill will put us into a recession within 4 years just like the last two times the sold us this trickle down crap.
Mr. Gorrell, why not target the upper 1% who don’t pay any taxes, now, because of low tax rates in their pay category and all the tax shelters and loopholes that the tax coda has given them before this bill gets passed. Why not be truthful and say that the Republicans are giving nothing to the middle class Americans or the poor working stiffs who can barely make ends meet now. Be truthful! Show where this new tax bill is going to give the upper one percent more than the 50% of the American wealth that they already have gained at the expense of American citizens. Political cartoonists are supposed to show truth through satire. You are not doing that. You are trying to use satire to promote the lies of the Republican Party political propaganda machine. Its a shame to use your artistic talents to promote such an immoral party line lie.

Trump Disciple Gorrell, with yet another lie.
Once again, he cites NO evidence, makes NO argument. No opportunity to blame Obama/Hillary/Nancy.
The other Trump Disciples cannot muster any arguments for how tax cuts for the rich are going to make America better. None.

Living off dividends or a trust fund, or rents on your megaproperties is all UNearned income, which is where most of the tax breaks are going….
