On that note, I think Addy being a single mother is part of the general mistique of the comic strip, I mean, she WAS going quite steady with her cool, handsome, economically stable current employer and suddenly the ground broke and swallowed him up (figuratively sepeaking). That alone doesn’t bode well for party store guy.

Clearly, Gar, you and I care more about Addy’s love life than Mark Tatulli does. We need to fix her up with somebody.

Lio’s Dad does seems like a pretty good guy, and he sure takes Lio in stride. But Heart might put him over the edge.
