Actually, horses mostly do nuance—slight change in the eye, change in the ear, flaring of the nostril, which direction they are facing in relation to another horse/person, etc. Horses are mostly whispering unless you’re not listening.

They may have been correct, but the high velocity insertion of a large mass displaced more water than the object’s own volume.
