Joanie: Hmmm... looks interesting. ZZZ! Lacey? What are you doing here? Lacey: You dozed off, Joan, dear. Apparently I'm in your thoughts. Joanie: Oh... yes! I was wondering what you'd make of young women today - none of them want to be called feminists! Lacey: Of course not, dear. Just as people your age never called themselves suffragettes or abolitionists. There was no need - those debates were over. Once a social transformation is largely complete, the language that drove it loses both urgency and meaning. Joanie: So we're the last feminists? Feminism dies with my generation? Lacey: It is to be hoped for, dear. Joanie: But how? How do I die as a feminist? Rick: Um... I dunno. Cremate your bra?

Alas, this turned out to be overly optimistic. It turns out that it’s because most of them don’t understand what the word feminist means. They think it means women dominating men or being superior instead of equality.
