At my age, I’m quite happy to still have all my hair, thank you, even if it’s mostly steel gray. A bad hair day beats a receding hair day or a no hair day any time.
Oh, I’ve always noticed the full moons, and I never needed help from folk names. A full moon is one of the most beautiful sights in nature. It’s El Capitan, it’s Angel Falls, it’s Big Sur, it’s a gray whale breaching. But you don’t have to travel thousands of miles to see it. Wherever you are, a little patience and a little effort and you get to see the same full moon as anyone anywhere.
And as much as I love the moon itself (especially when it’s red, oh, my God), I love the light it casts even more. And that’s real beauty and rare beauty. Quite a few things, really, can look as as nice as a full moon. But only a full moon, and a few people some of us are lucky to know, can be that beautiful in their own right while making everything else even more beautiful.
Actually, the only way to rhyme it formally is with “[something rhyming with plaid] stairway”. There are quite a few possibilities, so it’s actually rather easy.
I’m surprised no one noticed it and if they did, did not mention it. I’m guessing the reason the student thinks they would not understand is likely the goofy assortment of hairdos on the male protagonists’ heads…

Well, someone with the nom de plume of Ringo Starr would certainly get that…

Expresso never made sense to me (yes, I mispelled it on purpose). I need to drink my coffee, not sip it.

Been a long, long day,
She saw a plaid stairway,
And a gallon jug of BenGay,
So she knew it would be okay.
