The best words that came out of that man’s mouth. An eloquent speech I heard on NPR last week.

Even though W dissed the Rump, they both are still idiots.

W said he started two wars because he looked good as a war time president.

That last thought is all too painfully accurate. Don’t like Republicans? Vote Democratic! Oh, wait…..

Try voting for someone who has actual human sensibilities.

Ted, I agree with virtually all your observations. Yet, the parallels you draw regularly conflate and then trivialize the comparisons by making them equivalent. This is clever, and sometimes true. However, by making these comparisons out of context, you make the perfect be the enemy of the merely “better.” Not the enemy of the “good” but simply the “better.” This emboldens the regressives and trivializes the issues. Both W and Obama used drones regularly, for example. But W was so much more thoughtlessly destructive when you consider the whole picture. Can you see that? Or are you so cynical that they seem equally culpable to you? Just asking.

Actually Darth Cheney had MUCH MORE to do with starting the wars. His Halliburton stock needed a boost…

Start a war. Ensure your name goes down in history. Peacetime presidents are soon forgotten or erased.

Bill O’reilly came to the same conclusion. If God was a Republican he’d protect sexual predators better.

You can think Obama for taking just a small segment of the military—-drones, and making them take on a much LARGER role in killing foreign people in their own countries! Shouldn’t former Pres. Barack Hussein Obama be lauded for that? You see how one president helps the next one over and over again.
