Assaulting a cop’s kid seems to be asking for trouble.

I thought theses bullies were dealt with last time we saw them…also isn’t it bad picking on a cop’s son because said son might go tell the cop.

In this PC society, the cop can’t do anything more than tell the parents— who don’t care enough to correct their growing monster anyway. It’s not PC to straighten the kid out until he’s an adult in jail.

I can’t believe the constant misconception of what bullies actually do. Never have I read in the paper or experienced when I was a kid, of a bully wanting to get money. It is more about humiliating the other kid just because he or she is different from other kids in the general school population. Picking on a seemingly weaker kid and making fun of his or her differences is what bullies do. Money was never part of it. And with the multi-media tools now out, cyberbullying is a major problem for teens.

The school district instructs personnel to avoid using the terms “bully” or “bullying” when describing misbehavior which clearly is exactly that because they are required to do all kinds of work and documentation.

Which is to say: they made the problem “go away” by forbidding calling it that. So if someone acts that way, I write down that I would call it that but am forbidden.

They also do not like direct quotes of threats and profanity. I maintain anything less than full truth is untruth, so I once again risk their wrath by giving pertinent details.

Many people maintain some people are mistreated by getting harsher punishment for “the same offense.” The truth is “Disturbing the class” can involve simply making too much noise or it can involve threatening to cut the teacher’s throat. They may be listed the same but are not.
