Even if you try to stay away from certain foods there’s nothing wrong with having them once in a while, or once a week. Why not have it on Sundays so everyone has something to look forward to? Eat healthy the rest of the week.
no wonder liz is grouchy all the time. she will not allow herself to eat food that tastes good. if she is doing it to stay thin, I have news for her. being thin will never make her a physical beauty.
